If you need a job, and this is your last resort, it's better to be employed than not. So take it in that case.
Cons
The culture here is based on fear. The management is awful. The CEO/founder of the firm is a tyrant. The rules are archaic (when I was there, it was no cell phones, no internet, and this was about a decade ago). Clients, because everyone is so unhappy, it reflects on the work product. The joke is, is that all the attorneys are doing the least amount to not get fired. You are getting the worst patent work possible when engaging this firm.
