Fixable,nice co workers, fast paced.

Stressful, not too much bad.

Training is good if correctly followed. Great crew to work with. Good environment. The schedule is awesome and management is flexible with shifts

Lack of management support. Understaffed often, employee meal is only 50% off the regular menu. No support as a bartender often it's either sink or swim. Lack of supplies, and no communication between managers. No gratuity on any parties except contract guests.
