      Great money, plenty of hours.

      Cons

      You're just a number. Corporate doesn't care about you. You can easily get fired for 1 mistake, even if you've never had any write ups, and your bills per hour are among best in terminal.

      Great work culture for those willing to come in and work hard and contribute.

      Cons

      Do not have any complaints. There will always be ups and downs with any job, but I have not had any issues with ODFL.
