Pros
Great rate of pay, benefits are good, the computers, instead of paper is a whole lot of less hassle. The raise is pomised when it's given.
Cons
Not enough information given to workers, people need to keep home issues at home. There's no need for anyone to get there job thrown in there face everyday. Sending people home when there's a ton of work is not right. It's a job not career.
