      Average salary, average benefits, average 401k

      Cons

      No work/live balance. Executives cultivate an Us vs Them environment, with separate locked offices for execs. There is no open door policy. VP used to walk around at 8:15 and 4:45 and take names for those folks who were not at their desk working.

      Great work culture for those willing to come in and work hard and contribute.

      Cons

      Do not have any complaints. There will always be ups and downs with any job, but I have not had any issues with ODFL.
