      Pay is excellent. Management for the most part is friendly and employees are treated well.

      Cons

      Long hours. Shifts are either 10 or 12 hours long five days a week. Also expect to work nights and or weekends

      Great work culture for those willing to come in and work hard and contribute.

      Cons

      Do not have any complaints. There will always be ups and downs with any job, but I have not had any issues with ODFL.
