Inconsistencies with management and coworkers, too much favoritism, a lot of discrimination, things not reported or people not held accountable for their actions. All employees are given a drivers handbook for a employee handbook. Completely useless if you are not a driver. Not much room to advance. Poor and very time consuming system(s) for daily tasks. A lot of issues, errors, and computer problems. Managers are not properly trained.
