      Pros

      Mostly positive. ... good money not much waiting for linehaul dispatches. Most awesome very and I mean elite equipment.

      Cons

      They have their cliques.... vacation really sucks if they allow you to take it. You are forced or coerced to run extra after you've done your bid run. Cant make plans to do anything outside of work.

      Pros

      Great work culture for those willing to come in and work hard and contribute.

      Cons

      Do not have any complaints. There will always be ups and downs with any job, but I have not had any issues with ODFL.
