      Pros

      High wages(for area)good relationship with management,I can call most any senior managment and have my calls answered.One of the few freight companies that didn't cut salaries,401-k matches,or other benefits.

      Cons

      like all freight outfit,most line driving jobs are night jobs until you reach a high level of seniority,takes 10 years of service to get three weeks of vacation,and 20 yrs to aquire four weeks of vacation.

      Pros

      Great work culture for those willing to come in and work hard and contribute.

      Cons

      Do not have any complaints. There will always be ups and downs with any job, but I have not had any issues with ODFL.
