      Some terminals have great managers.

      Cons

      They are being driven by micromanagement. They expect 10 + hours a day out of managers and they no longer have ANY LOYALTY to their employees, although they expect loyalty from the employees.

      Great work culture for those willing to come in and work hard and contribute.

      Cons

      Do not have any complaints. There will always be ups and downs with any job, but I have not had any issues with ODFL.
