      The pay is pretty competitive and the benefits are great. Moving up within the company can prove to be a bit of a challenge regardless of work ethic or time served with the company.

      Salaried employees work 14 hour days at a strenuous pace.

      Great work culture for those willing to come in and work hard and contribute.

      Cons

      Do not have any complaints. There will always be ups and downs with any job, but I have not had any issues with ODFL.
