      Pros

      Pay is definitely a pro, only a handful of coworkers were helpful. Benefits were ok. Employee discounts. Weekly pay was something I really liked.

      Cons

      They expect way too much out of you, they're unorganized. DYMs were trash, always have to bleed your eyes out looking for straps to secure freight. Most coworkers were careless on the forklifts.

      Pros

      Great work culture for those willing to come in and work hard and contribute.

      Cons

      Do not have any complaints. There will always be ups and downs with any job, but I have not had any issues with ODFL.
