Pros

Top management wants to create a positive work environment but they are hindered by middle management. The claim to want an ethos of inclusivity, gratitude and kindness.

Cons

This company is run like the mafia. IT remotes into your machine without warning and gives access to HR and your boss. Certain benefits change and or altered after you join the company. They advertise unlimited PTO but after you are hired, getting time off is like extracting teeth. Everyone scrambles to do the same work and you end up working on the social media team after being hired in legal. HR is so unprofessional - they accused me of not having any references only to discover they had not actually contacted the ones I had provided. Super disorganized, winging it. HR and middle management think nothing of screaming at employees. Awful, do yourself a favor and stay away.

Pros

The company employs many talented and hardworking individuals who are committed to delivering results. There are opportunities to gain broad experience and work on a variety of projects.

Cons

The organizational culture often felt more focused on internal politics than collaboration. Communication from leadership was inconsistent, and decision-making was frequently influenced by factors that were not transparent to employees. Constructive feedback was not always welcomed, which created an environment where employees were hesitant to share concerns or new ideas. There appeared to be a disconnect between stated company values and day-to-day practices. Employee well-being was not prioritized. As a result, morale, trust, and retention were ongoing challenges.
