A casual work environment typical of the media industry (e.g: not required to wear formal business attire). Not boring due to the dynamic nature of the media industry. For managing editors there are sill opportunities to travel abroad for international coverage, though less frequent than reporters and editors. Strategically located (walking distance from Gondangdia Station). Includes position allowances, insurance, and a portion of the salary set aside for a pension fund.

Career progression is stagnant (difficult to get promoted). Low salary with little to no increase. There is no work-life balance. Taking leave can also be difficult at times. Limited learning and skill development. Roles can sometimes be too rigidly defined. Office politics can be quite disruptive.

Good opportunity for career. Allow younger employee to take higher posititon.

Sometimes I take two shifts. Morning and night shift.
