Pretty much everything about them is a pro

Not many cons but the pay isnt as competitive

(Sounds bad at first but once broke out and can handle jobs solo you basically work from home). A lot of travel (I don’t mind it but has proven to be a turn off to many former employees) No real overtime. (It’s a salaried job so you get paid for forty hours every week even when off.) but if you work 80 hrs in a week the 40 OT pay may range from $15-$8 an hr. Use personal vehicle. Truck allowance isn’t enough to offset the depreciation for amount of miles put on.
