Pros
Pay was decent as was the 401k match.
Cons
Routinely worked 12+ hour days and weekends at a plant built around 100 years ago but had very little updates. Management was the good ole boy network with many managers having no experience or education to justify their positions. Company is driven quarter to quarter with no lack of sight on the future. This company finds people willing to work hard then drives them into the ground in 1-2 years and they leave. Plant turnover is outrageous.
