      The space is less here for cons : 1): No Flexibility 2):CTO is idiot 3):Arrogant People and lead 4):Pressuring is a culture I would say dont screw your life and family for this organization opt for a better on I have worked in 10 different Organization but it doesn't get any worse then Ohpen

      prorussian and protrump obscene managers, colleagues talking rasistic and homofobic jokes. And mainly - firing company, searching for massochists who will work during weekends and night shifts. Unable to sell product and then pressing on employees.

      Hiring process is very crisp and clear. Team is quite responsive and provide clear understanding to you about the process. Process consist of take Home project and few in person interviews. Recruitment team continuously in touch with you, provide you all the required guidance and requirements.
