Poor quality standards - Quality Control Inspector Ohmstede Employee Review

For the past 3 years in a row ohmstede has had a layoffs in December right before Christmas. The quality standards have slipped over the years. Management is dishonest with customers. I have personally witnessed reports being tampered with to make a job pass when it actually had issues. I reported this to corporate and sent original reports, hand written tampered reports, and final tampered report. The people I reported made my job he'll for the next few months until I gave up on Ohmstede.
