I feel extremely empowered working at Ohmium! My leadership team lets me make meaningful contributions and drive initiatives forward. Ohmium is small but mighty, meaning there are great opportunities to speak with our senior leadership and C level executives. I truly do feel heard here and innovation is highly encouraged. It's a huge bonus knowing that we are helping to build teams that contribute to sustainable energy solutions. The sense of purpose really does drive Ohmium's culture.

Green hydrogen is a fast growing industry, so the pace and priorities can shift as business evolves. But this creates more opportunity in my opinion!
