      Lots of ambition and investments in continuous improvement, growing the business and allowing employees at all levels to take part. Great and challenging team work.

      A lot going on, you have to like being in a changing environment & take active part in finding solutions.

      Work life balance after year or so when you have seniority Good wage compared to work doing

      Cons

      They literally don’t care about you. Will mess up your payroll, ignore your grievances, Nigel and dime you so hard they WANT you to protest your wages when negotiation comes around
