Pay is extremely low for this level. Employer solutions division has GREAT people, but leadership that underpays and is extremely political about promoting only favorites, asking for feedback, and then doing nothing about it. Top leadership in that division instills a culture of “we know what’s best, but thanks for your input”.
I also had to deal with a female manager who was apparently well known for treating the men they brought into the team like crap, for seemingly no reason other than being a man.
