Significant emphasis placed on “financial sustainability” and increasing wages- that often times patient safety/ quality are put on back burner. Managers are asked to do more and work life balance is not sustainable.
Managers are also usually not in “market adjustment categories” so front line associates with less tenure in the field are out-earning the managers/leaders who are responsible for their work. Significant burnout at manager level- and everything runs to the middle
