Garbage benefits. Entry level employees get zero vacation time. Entry level employees don't even get paid on national holidays. Tons of turnover. People get fired or quit constantly. Owner lives on the west coast and the "president" is spineless and has no true authority of his own. They fired a number of managers without replacing them only to pile their work onto the staff that's left. Zero vision or plan for the future. Policies and plans change daily. Never knew who was actually in charge.
