Occasionally get to see a bunch of beer cans fall to the floor.

Working at Ohio Logistics feels more like navigating high-school politics than working in a professional operation. Morale on the floor is terrible and the culture is built around gossip and backstabbing. Leadership included. People will talk trash about someone one minute, then turn around and talk trash about you with the same person five minutes later. Trust between employees and management is practically nonexistent. The GM comes across as fake and opportunistic. Favoritism is obvious from day one. If you’re not part of the inner circle, don’t expect fair treatment. Policies and rules are enforced when it’s convenient and ignored when it’s not. Procedures constantly change and often feel like someone throwing ideas at the wall just to see what sticks rather than following a clear plan. If you’re just looking for a paycheck… it’s your typical warehouse job with a pizza party maybe twice a year. Doable. But If you’re looking for a fair, transparent, or positive work environment, you’ll probably be disappointed.
