      Extremely boring and depressing environment to work. Everyone is counting down the exact minute to walk out the door and to retire.

      Pros

      Good work. The job is detail oriented and varied. Attention to detail is a must. It is a good mix of office and field work. People are nice to work with.

      Cons

      Teleworking already taken away, voluntary cost saving (leave without pay) option being taken away by Ohio politicians. Currently in a hiring freeze with no resolution being pursued.
