Pros

Everyone is very friendly. You start with 2 weeks paid vacation plus 40 hours of personal time and good health benefits offered. Good work/life balance. Did a good job of allowing office employees to work from home during covid and offered hybrid schedules for social distancing.

Cons

Lack of communication at times. Some people are poorly trained. Senior managers are old school, they should allow for remote working regardless of coronavirus cases or not. They want everyone in the office for the “culture”.
