Pros

Team - hands down the best and most talented people I've worked with. Opportunity to work on higher profile tasks and projects if your willing to put in the personal time to see it done. My personal life suffered greatly for this. Career opportunities - with the fastest employee turnover I've ever seen, postings will likely go up often if you keep an eye on their career page, just be ready for the challenges. Management not including CEO or HR is fantastic. Competent, patient and professional no matter the situation thrown at them. 50% discount is great and the range expands continuously.

Cons

I was let go from the business with no warning. My contract had 4 weeks remaining and I got pulled into a meeting at 4pm to clear my desk for 5:30. I am still being paid my 4 weeks in lieu of notice but why not get the work out of me and pay the same? No previous warnings on performance and by all accounts the team needed extra hands to meet upcoming launches. It is fortunate that I had a temporary contract to begin with and was applying to leave anyway but for others applying, this is not a secure company to work at for more than a year or so. The business is in the midst of layoffs for staff unable to move from Remote to in-office full-time, some who began on a remote contracts initially. In October 2024 we were notified of Glasgow office closing which was then reversed the next month, contrasting with layoffs if we don't all return to office a year later. So be aware the office you apply for may not be permanent. If you receive an offer, negotiate and read the contract thoroughly before signing, there are passages I've not seen before in employment contracts, one or two which conflict with UK employment law if you have the tenacity for tribunal action. The scenarios above were allowed by contract, so be aware. There are many more employee horror stories, these are only my own and my own team's in the 1 year I worked here.

Pros

Free clothes, nice sales associates

Cons

Horrible pay, employees are overworked, bad management. Management is never at work and is always “wfh” or sits in the back eating all day saying their working, or leaves to go shopping for hours, they blame the sales associates for everything that goes wrong in the store and talks down to them and fail to realize it’s because of how they treat them. Management is always talking negatively about employees or to other employees. Overworks their employees and doesn’t allow them to go home until goal is met even if it’s an hour or two later after store closing. No employees last working for the store more than 4 months as they all want to get away from the managers. One of the worst retail jobs I’ve ever had and some of the most laziest management I’ve ever had.
