Great support system, great company to work for

With the right people on your team it's better than some other agencies. Some really smart/nice people help offset the exclusionary feel of a culture that is great...if you're a lifer.

Culture that feels very cliquey at times, like a bee hive that doesn't want any outsiders. Seems like management puts forth values but doesn't adhere to/believe in them, would be a 4/5 out of 5 if they executed and acted on the values they say they have. There are also more and more less than great people you will run into during your work which makes it feel a bit toxic when forced to work with them.
