Pros
Great organization. Lead by Mr. Herbish, a brilliant and humble man. its a rewarding, "feel-good-job" without actually doing much work. Living in Vienna is a whole other giant plus, and adding the excellent benefits from OFID, one would literally have the highest quality of life for you and your family.
Cons
Small chance for upward mobility. You have to be from an OPEC member country for management level, even then pretty slim chances for moving up.
