Cons
Head Office constantly trying to cut costs leading to being under-staffed almost constantly. Takes months at a time for managers to be be replaced if they quit leading to lack of organisation and extra stress on everyone working in stores. They will drop your shifts after you are over the age of 20 and they can no longer apply junior pay rates. No career advancement beyond becoming a manager in-store. The pay is little above minimum wage. Senior Management/Head Office does not listen to in-store team, just orders what they want done without listening about what is and isn't working.
