Great leadership and great company culture!

I can't think of any!

Company values are amazing, we always assume the best in one another and are constantly growing together and learning from each other. There is a lot of room for autonomy and creative ideas. And of course, the 4-day work week is just amazing!

As we're a small team we don't yet have HR in place, however, we all take initiative and do our part to ensure team members feel seen and heard!
