Pros
Salary in time, don't expect salary slip/s though.
Cons
1. They convince you that Saturday working is temporary but later you find out it to be permanent. Every Saturday WFH without pay, without fail. This is no where on paper. No company policy, no management, no roadmap, no sick leaves. 2. Unnecessary work pressurisation. They hate interactions and don't want to trust anyone, very insecure in nature. 3. Different opinions on each and every work, and they literally fight in front of employees. Very unprofessional and childish behavior. 4. Change in project work every now and then, which later creates misunderstanding. With their weak memory later they blem it on you. I was lucky to get rare appriciation on my work, but other employees were not so lucky. Their product is based on employment, it's the most funniest part. If you are fresher and don't have any other choice then do join.
