Pros

- Not heavily bogged down by larger corporate red tape. - Decent pay for not being in London. - Everyone on the team is helpful. - A good environment to learn new things constantly. - You get input on how processes should work. - Can get a lot of involvement with a new customer / infrastructure. - The majority of customers are friendly excluding a few typical callers.

Cons

- Your job role is not clearly defined, due to the small team you will be dipping your toes in everything. - Lots of tiny customers, lack of documentation. Expected to know them inside and out regardless. - Management will stretch out on paying as little as possible to cope with what is actively happening. - Existing configurations on older clients that are not consistent with current / new customer configurations.
