Pros
Training, resources, clear goals and a fast pace. If you are competitive and tenacious and remotely interested in sales or staffing, this is the place to start. Make it successfully for a full year (sometimes less) and you will have a great career here. It is a grind, no doubt, but you won't learn more about sales or recruiting in any other environment.
Cons
If you have a weak team, it can be demoralizing and frustrating, but there is good leadership if you look for it and they are incredibly supportive of internal moves if you prove yourself first. Some people are snakes who are only looking out for themselves; that is any agency and frankly, any sales organization. The expectations and activity focus, and pressure are not for everyone.
