Offered me the opportunity to work in an industry that I had a lot of interest in - aerospace. Loved the assignment.
Cons
Found it highly unethical to verbally make a salary offer for a position - which was accepted, only to have that salary offer reduced when given the start date of the assignment. Considering the margins that Office Team makes on every consultant - they could (and should have) had the integrity to stick with the initial offer.
