Pros
Initial Training is carried out reasonably professionally. However not much follow up ongoing. Sell on value. Marketing department is good to deal with.
Cons
Pay, lots of the staff, inflexible, expensive prices, cumbersome customer service. Not much ownership displayed by call centre team. All this made it frustrating.
