Cons
First and foremost, the company's growth prospects were abysmal. There seemed to be a lack of clear direction and vision for the future, which hindered career advancement opportunities. It's discouraging to work for a company that doesn't seem to invest in its employees' growth. Another major concern was the behavior of some C-level professionals. Some of them had appalling attitudes, and on more than one occasion, they displayed unprofessional behavior such as screaming at employees. This created a toxic work environment that made it difficult to feel motivated or engaged in my work. Furthermore, the workload was consistently overwhelming. The company expected long hours, which often extended beyond a reasonable work-life balance. This resulted in burnout and made it challenging to maintain a healthy personal life.
