      I really like the start-up mentality. The people are very open and driven. Hard work really pays off. Since it's a small company you can make impact and grow together.

      Pros

      A lot of talented people are employed at Office App. Nice team. MacBook to use for work. Superb office location.

      Cons

      Unreliable senior management. No perks like lunch compensation, pension scheme or a study budget. Senior management doesn’t want people to work from home. No recognition for the work that people have done.

      Pros

      The team is great, super welcoming, helpful and everyone working toward a common goal! We are still a startup, but already working in a scaleable way. Office App has a really bright future!

      Cons

      None so far- busy startup life could be tough for some people, but that's what keeps things exciting!
