-High-level management has no background in robotics and does not fully grasp basic robotics concepts. This leads to poor high-level decisions that results in failure to meet project requirements. -Constant high-pressure environment and poor high-level decisions leads to mistakes, cutting corners and inevitable burnout. The only employees that stay working here long term are those on visas with no other choice.
