Can learn some things from some people all the other welders are very nice never have had problems with them

Half of the equipment doesn’t work
The pay is low compared to other places and especially across the street
Management doesn’t really seem to care about you, you are very replaceable to them
It’s the same thing almost everyday
No overtime
They do not take care of the building at all
