Third grade organization with third grade top management - Senior Software Engineer OfBusiness Employee Review

Nothing much honestly. Many of the positive Glassdoor reviews you see were submitted by the employees under pressure by higher management. That was done to whitewash the bad image of the organization. The attrition rate was astonishingly high when I left the organization. Hiring was stagnant. Major reason was the fact that people were reading glassdoor reviews and didn't want to join. Hence their pathetic attempt to ask for fake positive reviews.
