      Pros

      There are plenty of available jobs. Brand new facility. Plenty of room to grow. There is even a shower on location if you are one of those people that likes to walk around in Gym shorts every morning.

      Cons

      Extremely top heavy. If you don't agree with management you will be singled out. Rampant policy changes have driven away the best talent.

      Pros

      OESD is a well run, fun place to work with a fantastic team that listens to other's opinions. Great benefits package, work - life balance, and a relaxed, fun office environment.

      Cons

      None really. I feel like the management team listens well, and truly cares about it's employees.

      Good coworkers Flexible hybrid schedule

      Cons

      Management was terrible. The president of the company consistently goes on power trips. You will NOT be heard, whether it's ideas or concerns. Upper management does what they want. A lot of incompetency and gaslighting.
