      Pros

      Most rewarding work I ever did.I made a differance every time I put on those scubs.I worked there 7 years as a crisis care lpn and loved it...until gentiva threw us away.

      Cons

      Gentiva has NO CLUE how to provide hospiceor how to work as a team.Never should have sold to them
