It is a great work environment and a great product.

Early start hours were closed during Covid.

Good work environment Good money without needing a degree Learning a lot of different sales skills Friendly management. Never had such a nice and caring management before Holidays off / 2 weeks of vacations / sick days / Floating holidays Incentives program along the year to increase sales Freedom to work by yourself! as long as your job is done they won't bother you "for the most part" Good benefits for the most part! 401 K 3% match/ pension plan/ HSA plan where they give you 500$ every January to help for medical expenses.

Your commission and work hours depend on the route you have! Obviously being the new guy you will get the worst route by far. Seniority is applied here. Money is good but not the greatest. Health insurance is bad for being a coke company Incentive programs are not as good as they could be Barely or nothing room for improvement. It depends more on the connections than your daily performance.
