      Pros

      Initially I feared a lot how its going to be done in conversion in Lnt But they supported a lot. Good communication between me and HR. I got salary 5th day of every month. my contract period was 6 months.

      Cons

      Final settlement is nothing. I don't have any other things.

      Pros

      Highly professional and humble people. I appreciate the management for managing the complete Covid period.As much I know there was no salary cut or job losses in odiware during covid. Rather 15 days salary was given in advance on request basis.

      Cons: Some virtual team building activities to be planned considering wfh will continue for longer period
