Pros
Room to grow or move if you want to put in the work effort and play the politics game. They pay a fair wage.
Cons
The company doesn't offer its employees a clear view of where we are headed. (Check the website - we don't even have a mission statement). Renton does not equal Seattle or Bellevue. The company prioritizes savings over quality. This can be seen in the quality of employees, infrastructure, and IT. They are trying to turn this around, but it's a cultural thing. Lack of diversity. Sure... there are Russians, but that's where it stops.
