      Pros

      Not very much at all. This place is a total disaster and very disorganized. One person shouldn't have to cover or doing 3 people's work, when they are being paid to be responsible in their role.

      Cons

      Too many. Work is very imbalance. Too much work for one person for the pay. Very small. Not growth or career advancement. A lot of work, have to wear many hats. Very stressful and not a friendly environment.
