One of the most disappointing companies I have worked for. Extremely poor work-life balance, constant chaos, shifting priorities, and a complete lack of process maturity. Management lacks transparency, communication is poor, and employees are often left without clear direction or support. HR was largely ineffective and unhelpful whenever concerns were raised. Instead of addressing issues professionally, there appeared to be more focus on shifting responsibility and providing vague explanations. The biggest concern was the handling of employee exits and compensation. Salary and settlement-related matters were unnecessarily delayed, with unclear communication and inconsistent explanations. This created significant stress and uncertainty for employees. The company may market itself as an AI-focused organization, but the internal processes, employee experience, and management practices are far from mature. I would strongly advise candidates to thoroughly evaluate the company's culture, leadership, HR practices, and payment processes before joining. Proceed with caution.

Have few as I have been here for less than 1 year. My last co. was a startup and I have been asked to leave due to funding issue, the reason I joined here is because its self funded. They have multi year projects and profitable from day 1 and don't need any funding in the near future. Infact in a Townhall, the leadership shared some insights on this. I need a job security and this company have given me that, without compromising the quality of work. Work is extremely fast paced and its perfect for someone who is looking for fast growth. Diverse kind of projects which excites me the most in ODIN. Good pay, better then most of its peers.

The Management should think about giving ESOP options to its deserving employees.
