Bad place to grow - Operations Specialist Odiggo Employee Review

Odiggo is one of the best companies that i have ever worked for, it is culture is very supportive and also it is one of the best structured startups comparing with other Startups today in Egypt. What i like the most at Odiggo is the energy and the optional that the top management delivers to tbe employees and giving them like ownership to be one billion company.

Actually as there is pros there are cons of course, but how you are trying to improve your cons is most important that just knowing it. At Odiggo people should act like owners and should having the sense of the ownership, but unfortunately not all people have the same mindset that is why Odiggo can't not have this types of people and they should fire them.

Team oriented culture, and no effort is ever wasted, the managers are the hardest workers which inspire you. Good compensation and very respectful and friendly environment.

No transportation allowance The rules are strict, but no easy rules ever made it to the top. The more disciplined and dedicated you are the more success you will create so its a con for lazy people only.
