      Pros

      no micro management if you stay below radar. Dont over perform and don't under perform. Just be average and no one will no you are there

      Cons

      CEO is old and out of date. Lots of back stabbing, Zero Technology and very siloed enviroment.

      I really enjoy working here! The teams are great, the work is fulfilling, and I genuinely appreciate how invested the firm is in my career development.

      Cons

      I’d love to see more firm-wide events where we can connect in person and build stronger relationships, especially since most of us work remotely.
